PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
LipTx™ NV3-006 is a proprietary ionizable lipid developed by NeoVac for nucleic acid delivery applications within the LipTx™ Ionizable Lipid Platform. The lipid is engineered to remain predominantly neutral at physiological pH (7.4) and to switch to a protonated, positively charged state under the acidic conditions encountered in the endosome. This mechanism drives efficient nucleic acid encapsulation during lipid nanoparticle (LNP) manufacturing and potent endosomal release for intracellular delivery. This ionizable lipid is also available as a core component of the LipTx™ NV3-006 Formulation Kit, which can be sourced in 2 ml, 5 ml, and 10 ml configurations.

RELEVANT APPLICATIONS
LNP formulation, mRNA vaccines, mRNA therapeutics, siRNA delivery, protein replacement therapy, gene therapy and in-vivo genome editing, CRISPR-Cas ribonucleoprotein / mRNA delivery, ex vivo cell therapy (e.g., CAR-T), formulation screening, academic and preclinical research.

RELEVANT PROCESS STEPS
mRNA-LNP / nucleic acid-LNP formulation, drug product formulation and process development, formulation screening across N/P ratios and lipid compositions, delivery / transfection studies, analytical characterization and stability assessment.
