PRODUCT DESCRIPTION​

The LipTx™ NV1-002 Formulation Kit pre-blends the LipTx™ NV1-002 ionizable amino-lipid with a matched helper lipid, cholesterol, and conjugated lipid (PEG-lipid). Supplied as high-purity stock solutions, it enables rapid, reproducible, and scalable LNP formulation by microfluidic mixing. The kit provides a validated starting platform for process development and early-stage therapeutic development. The ionizable lipid can also be sourced individually in 25 mg, 100 mg, and 1 g configurations.

RELEVANT APPLICATIONS

Featuring a biodegradable core lipid with a standard tail configuration, this kit is engineered for nucleic acid encapsulation and endosomal escape. It is optimized for:
