Malaria
NeoVac adopts a dual-stage strategy to develop a PEV-TBV mRNA vaccine for malaria
Malaria remains a major global health threat, with the parasite having a complex life cycle
1. Malaria: Primarily caused by P. falciparum (most deadly) and P. vivax (relapsing infections), cycling through pre-erythrocytic, blood, and transmission stages

2. Existing vaccines have limitations: Current vaccines (RTS,S & R21) only focus on the pre-erythrocytic stage, reducing infections but requiring multiple doses
